1.Max Health Center, A Primary Health Centre

Max Health Centre, a unit of ABMCKS - A NGO, working since 1995, having intellectual properties under Govt. of India, ISO: 9001:2015, which is trying to set-up its PHC in rural area at zero ground level since Dec.1995 after the establishment of ABMCKS. Its PHCs form a basic part of the health care system. Presently MHC is working in Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Delhi, Utrakhand and Uttar Pradesh. Their primary health workers, who provide outreach services, are called SWASTHYA MITRA or SAKHI or a village health worker. SWASTHYA MITRA or SAKHI provides service at the point of care, often in the patient's home. . If additional diagnostic testing or clinical intervention is required, the patient is transported to the PHC to be evaluated in DHC. On govt. level, Presently there are 27.09 thousand PHCs till 2014 while there are 6.5 lakh village is available in India.

The Bhore committee in 1946 gave the concept of a primary health centre as a basic health unit, to provide, as close to the people as possible, an integrated curative and preventive health care to the rural population with emphasis on preventive and promotive aspect of health care. The Bhore committee aimed at having a health centre to serve a population of 10,000 to 20,000 with 6 medical officers, 6 public health nurses and other supporting staff. But in view of the limited resources, the Bhore committee's recommendation could not be fully implemented, even after a lapse of 79 years.

Definition: The Primary Health Centre (PHC) is the basic structural and functional unit of the public health services in unorganized zero ground level in rural or urban area, to provide accessible, affordable and available primary health care to people. In critical, it refer to upper health centres. It established to provide accessible, affordable and available primary health care to people, in accordance with the Alma Ata Declaration of 1978 by the member nations of the World Health Organisation WHO.

These problems are going very critical. There is no suitable infrastructure for primary health centre India. Only 0.5% budget is for health by govt. of India. While in USA 13% budget is on health. Lack of basic infrastructure makes them unhealthy and very dangerous for the development of India. Illiterates play major role in this regards, some other factor in village founds no growth in the socio-psycho development of their life, early marriage and frequent pregnancies, illiteracy results poor health for mothers, malnourished, under-weight babies, respiratory tract problems, learning undesirable bad habits like smoking, pan chewing, drinking and live in dire poverty entangled with despair.

2.All India Council of Physical Therapy (AICPT)

Founded in 1995 in as Autonomous Body of ABMCKS – A NGO, registered under Society Act XXI of 1860 and under Income Tax Act 1961 of 80G & 12A, having the registered office in New Delhi, India. AICPT is Intellectual Property under Min. of Commerce, Govt.of India. All India Council of Physical Therapy (AICPT) is a voice for physical therapy persons with laws & rights under Constitution of India.

AICPT believes that every individual is entitled to the highest possible standard of culturally appropriate healthcare delivered in an atmosphere of trust and respect for human dignity and underpinned by sound clinical reasoning and scientific evidence. It is committed to furthering the physical therapy profession and improving global health through:

3. All India Council of Alternative Medical Science & Research (AICAMSR)

All India Council of Alternative Medical Science & Research (AICAMSR) is a self-financed Non-profit Autonomous council of the unit of ABMCKS- A NGO Organisation based in New Delhi, INDIA,. This autonomous body founded with the aims and mission for research & development with promotion of Alternative Medical Science & Research.

In Alternative Medical Science contained 132 pathy in the world including Electropathy cum Electro-homeopathy, Hydrotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Acupressure and others for treatment of human being who are out of pocket for treatment and promote through education & awareness to educates the human being and student with class that they can do self-practice with this pathy and get job as self-financed way. As Government of India through high court order recognised the alternative medical system.

Government of India have introduce in its medical programme (Ref. No. R.14015/25/96-U&H(R)(Pt.) dated 25th November,2003 for Ministry of Health & Family Welfare ( Research Disk), Government of India. AICAMSR has already developed the many Centres for the promotion of so many courses of Alternative Medical Science in India & Abroad. Alternative Medical System is 5th pathy in Indian Medical science (After Ayurved, Homeopath, Unani, Yoga & Naturopathy) which has no side effect and risky for human body.
